Smooth ride, clean van, arrive on time, nice driver.

I had a wonderful experience with LAX LINQ. Stephan is punctual, courteous, and a talented driver. The spacious and clean Mercedes Van got us quickly and comfortably from Old Town San Diego to LAX using the express lanes so even with a 2 PM we encountered little traffic. Plenty of room for luggage in the back. A rest stop near Camp Pendleton was offered as a chace to go but nobody requested it. This is a wonderful way to LAX expertly managed with great customer service. Thank you LAX LINQ!

DO NOT ride Linq Shuttle, book Relax instead.Linq has gone downhill over the past year. The drivers have been rude, driving aggressively, and the overall experience has been poor.On my most recent trip, they didn’t even pick me up, the shuttle drove right past me at the pickup location with zero communication. I had been waiting early and still got missed. When I tried to get support, the customer service experience was frustrating and dismissive.I ended up booking with Relax Shuttle instead and had a completely different experience. The driver was kind, professional, and actually made sure I was picked up properly.Relax was reliable, communicative, and overall just a much better experience.Save yourself the stress and book Relax instead.

This was a cost effective and comfortable bus service, run by a warm and welcoming team. If travelling between SD and LAX, this is a great option. The driver and his partner were really friendly, making a sad goodbye much more pleasant with their insightful conversation throughout the journey. I loved that there was a rest stop along the way - it's always nice to stretch your legs. I also appreciated the help with my heavy luggage and reminder to check for my passport before leaving the bus! I only took the bus one way, but in future I'd book a roundtrip to save family the hassle of picking me up or to save myself the extra expense of flying into SD. Thanks for the ride, guys!
