Wow Bao is a ghost kitchen run out of Fazoli's. Some ghost kitchens can be pretty good, depending on which brick and mortar restaurant they're run out of - and I think that formula shows here...

Absolutely disgusting and it is clearly just frozen, mildly heated up, and ready to take your money. I literally threw it all away after one bite.

Ordered teriyaki chicken with fried rice. Cmon what is this! No chicken or rice that I ordered. Sauce is watery & taste awful! And they forgot my orange chicken bowl. Do NOT order from here!
