Great Location and Convenience to contracted job is the 1 and ONLY reason we didn’t end our stay sooner. We were told after 2 nights of a 3 night stay that we would have to switch rooms to a single bed after booking that initially and getting a double. The ABSOLUTE worst experience since working in this area from staff to room satisfaction. There is NO WAY the beds are made for 2 adults to sleep comfortably . The WiFi is shaky at best and you have to pay extra for more than 1, yes 1 device. This place is not convenient for business travelers at all. I am writing this as we check out at 7:15AM on 10/16/26. No work today, thought we could sleep in but after the discomfort of the room we were moved to, I COULDNT WAIT TIL DAYBREAK TO GET OUTTA THERE. Also the front desk mgr GRACE lied to my fiancé and told her I said the room was OK and that NEVER HAPPENED.
