Great place selling new and used watches. I both sold and bought a watch here and the process was amazing, transparent, and without any pressure. Knowledgeable team.

While I appreciate the no-pressure selling approach here, I find the staff consistently distant, awkward, and incurious. They could easily be replaced with kiosks. Beautiful store, though.

Sold a watch to them and, the process was friendly, fluid and transparent. Funds were deposited the following day as they offered. I will return as I have more antique watches.
