My room was clean and pleasant. However, Woodspring's front desk customer service from Cindy is in the tank. She raises her voice at guest as if she hates the guests and obviously hates her job. She has no business working anyone's front desk. I thought it was me that they she was angry at. However, I observed her exhibiting the same rude behavior toward other guests.

I spend quite some time at this location, and I must say, Ms. Cindy and Mrs. Mindi is very delightful to speak with, my check-ins are always seamless. they always greet me with a smile and asked about my day. which is an unexpected touch, my room was as expected, and price was always within my budget. the Parking lot was always spotless and less desirable were kept within reason. The common areas were always very clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly and professional every day, currently am in transition between housing and even though no one knew my situation the no judgement zone is nice. I loved at they provide coffee in the mornings, as a coffee lover it is greatly appreciated to have a few cups on the almost every day.

Worst hospitality ever. Greeted with attitude just because they are made to work more than state law requirements. Worst manger ever, she is a devil because I gave them a bad rating, well you get what you give bad service. She put on they don't return list. Why give a good rating with bad service. The #1 thing they make sure that you know all the rules and make sure you know all the negative ones when you check in. I used to travel for work and never experienced a great negative welcome. This the absolute worst place to come and I'm at another hotel, people are warm welcoming and respectful.Do not go to this place.

Terrible The only thing going for it is its brand new however it’s not comfortable nor a good place for an extended stay. They don’t supply anything u need like toilet paper nor any dishes at a reasonable price or free . No kitchen towels cloths or dish soap either ! You have to pay for linens and towels. No iron or board in room no Hairdryer. No maid service except they claim each two weeks for free however I was there for 3wks and they never cleaned my room they want you to do it yourself but get this the floors are solid surface they will lend you a broom and dust pan but don’t have any mops! I was told to use a towel to clean the floor lol. This place is total amateur hour and what’s more the women working front desk right now are THE most unprofessional hospitality associates I have ever encountered in my 25 yrs of staying at hotels for extended stays I’m in a super nice extended stay now it has maid service toilet paper and everything else I need including kitchen supplies and even better it has an awesome recliner instead of the lone barrel chair with no footstool at this hotel IHave to add the TV cable package is far superior also 100s of hotels in Chicagoland don’t have to stay here where they are super cheap and unprofessional
