The man who dropped the bikes off was very helpful and friendly and prompt. The bikes were in great shape and the experience a pleasure. The bikes came in an unmarked car, so look for someone standing and waiting rather than a logo to tell you where your bikes are when you arrive.

We took a guided bike tour of Cleveland with John and enjoyed it very much. John was informative, friendly and accommodating. He took us to some popular areas of Cleveland, like the Playhouse Square and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, along with taking us along and over the river to the West Market and Ohio City and other neighborhoods. The bikes were excellent - very easy to ride and in great condition. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cleveland who wants an active way to see the city.

The tour through Cleveland's near Westside, the flats and Edgewater Park was spectacular. Many unexpected sites and lots of fun places to eat and visit. Our hosts Patrick and Taryn were outstanding. First rate operation. They were prompt on delivery and pickup and easy and flexible to work with. We rented E-bikes in our group. There were a few small hills along our route so the E-bikes made the experience a cinch. Bikes easy to use. No problems.
