I had a horrible experienceI with my stay at the Dallas Fort Worth, Wyndham Hotel. I am a single lady traveling alone. I checked into my room and washed up for dinner. After dinner, I came back to my room and realized there was a man sleeping in the bed. Then I noticed all of his luggage in the room with mine. I started yelling and he said they rented him the room. He had a key also. I was screaming at him how did you not see my luggage that was already in here-because when I checked in there was nobody else in the room and it had not been used. I then had to proceed to try to gather all of my belongings in a hurry. The man seemed drunk. I had no idea if he had been through all of my belongings or if he had stolen something. I was also extremely lucky that I was not attacked or shot when I entered the room. I went down to the reception desk and explain what had happened and they seemed very nonchalant about it like it happened all the time. They didn’t offer to go up to the room to maybe help me see if he had taken anything. They just wanted to give me another room. The manager didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. I guess at this particular motel maybe it happens all the time. You would think they were procedures in place so that a room could not be rented to two different people on the same night. Ladies, if you’re traveling alone or with children, I would not stay in this hotel.

We stayed at Wyndham DFW Airport from September 25–27, 2026. Our first night in Room 4124 was disappointing. Noise from the adjoining room came through the connecting door very clearly around 2:00 a.m., and my wife was unable to sleep for much of the night. We reported the problem the next morning and were moved to another room. A manager told me someone would contact me by phone or email regarding compensation. I sent a follow-up email on October 3, but as of October 11, I have received no email response.I appreciate that the staff moved us, but that did not make up for the disrupted first night. The poor sound insulation and the lack of an email response after I followed up left us disappointed with our stay.

Nice hotel for a chain. Bright and airy interior. Pleasant staff. A/C unit kind of loud and hot tub not really hot but the breakfast was good.

I have booked this hotel to attend a wedding. The lights, mirrors, and accessories in my rooms are extremely high quality and helped me get ready for the wedding. I booked with my kids, and they are extremely happy with their stay.Breakfast at La Perle is fresh and offers a lot of variety, including chicken strips, waffles, pancakes, French toast, and fresh fruit. I highly recommend this hotel for business and Family events

Before you book this room, PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THIS: CALL THE HOTEL FRONT DESK AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT!!! When you call, you will choose the option that says you are at the terminal, and then go outside and wait at the PURPLE SIGN area for Courtesy Shuttles. This hotel is STUNNING! As soon as you walk in, you can smell the pool, but not just that, the lobby area is MASSIVE! I have never been in a hotel that has such high ceilings and a huge lobby. The lady at the desk when we arrived, was very nice and explained things well. The guy at the front desk, when we checked out, said nothing, and I don't know who he was. The rooms were awesome. We had a room with a kitchen counter, sink, small table w/2 chairs, couch and dresser with phone. The room was split into 2 separate rooms, so 2 tv's (1 in each room) and a queen bed. The shower and bathroom was nice and everything was clean in the room. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Wal-Mart. The breakfast was delicious, with a good bit of everything. The young man working there didn't really seem to care, because when I said to him that there was no coffee, he mumbled something and started brewing the coffee. It seemed as if he was more about joking with his co-worker than really apologizing for not having the coffee ready for guests. Overall, I will stay here again. Even the drivers for the hotel were awesome. The driver in the afternoon, a Hispanic guy, was really great and answered our questions very well. My only concern was the price I paid versus the prices I saw online the night I was staying there. When I looked that night at the hotel online it was about $250 cheaper than what I paid for. I completely forgot to ask the front desk why the the different prices, so I ask you to just make sure you look at the costs before booking this place.
