We’re not just a nanny agency—we're a trusted partner to families who value intention, integrity, and high-quality care. What sets The Natural Nanny Collective apart is our holistic, relationship-centered approach to household staffing. We specialize in placing highly vetted, experienced nannies, ROTA nannies, newborn care specialists, and family assistants who align with your family’s values and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to hire a nanny in Denver, Aspen, or anywhere across the U.S., we provide white-glove service and a thoughtful, thorough process from start to finish. What makes us truly different is our focus on whole-child philosophies like Waldorf, RIE, and Reggio Emilia. Many of our nannies are trained in respectful, screen-free, nature-based care that supports your child’s emotional and developmental needs. We also work with Montessori-trained nannies and bilingual educators, making us the go-to agency for families seeking nurturing and educational care. Our candidates are hand-selected and screened by a licensed social worker—not just for safety, but for emotional intelligence, professionalism, and long-term compatibility. We serve high-profile families, working professionals, and anyone who wants more than just a sitter—they want a caregiver who truly becomes part of the family. From Denver to Malibu, Aspen to Miami, and everywhere in between—The Natural Nanny Collective is here to elevate the nanny placement experience.
