I was greeted coming in to purchase a couch. The couches are pretty nice, I have no complaints. I haven't received it yet, I should in a couple of weeks or so.

We came into The American Furniture on 12/28. We purchased a couch. We were told we would get a call in 2-3 weeks. Monday January 8th I received a phone call letting me know they would call me...

Came in and the guy at the desk didn't greet us and pointed to what were looking for and went back to looking at his phone. Didn't ask any questions or did care about a sale.
