I am a traveling Task Force Consultant and I barely write reviews , however I wanted to take the time to say how Amazing this hotel was. I am here to visit my fiancé who had a stroke and is here at UoFL hospital . I was very emotional when I arrived and the front desk agents consistently asked were I okay they made sure I was okay . A gentleman also gave me complimentary water. The service was amazing , but the room was Top Notch . Beautiful and Very Clean . I will be back soon . Thank you Tempo . Keep doing what you guys are doing here .
MoreThe staff are wonderful people. From the front desk check in to the rooftop restaurant service to the breakfast downstairs we had another great experience. The rooms are adequate size and finish. The food is good too.

MorePositive first - I Love the tempo Hilton -I work in LV from out of town about every other month or so -staff so kind and helpful -great location in NULU and close to my job downtown -Negative -Fitness room is dirty -treadmills stained and sticky (gross to touch handles ) one peloton bike which is busted (has been that way for a while ) -fitness important to me and I feel the area has continued to decline -probably not cleaned since COVID -
MoreThis was my first time staying at a Tempo hotel and I was really impressed! Hotel was really nice and clean. The room was a nice size with a very nice bathroom. I absolutely LOVED the mattress, plush while also supportive. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We were greeted each time we entered the property by the front desk staff. We enjoyed breakfast at the small cafe downstairs (very fair prices). And we enjoyed the bar on the roof for drinks. NuLu is also a cute, still up and coming, area of Louisville so it was a good place to be. One small hiccup was we asked the front desk about housekeeping and we were told that it was every third day, but they would request it anyway for us. The room was cleaned, and housekeeping did a great job. I'm hopeful that this was just outdated information from the front desk as brand standard for Tempo is daily housekeeping- so I would expect this property to abide by that. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Louisville, thanks for a great stay!
