Be aware that this extended stay hotel provides absolutely nothing for an extended stay. No silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker, cookware. And nothing on their website warns you before booking. They repeatedly used the excuse that they no longer put anything in the rooms since covid, which is ridiculous. That's not a Choice Hotel rule because all other Choice hotels have coffee makers, coffee, SOAP, etc. There were two threadbare towels for a three night stay. Nothing in the kitchen. Two beds and neither had a view of the television. One bed had no lamps, just an overhead light. The hotel inside and out was dirty. It's obvious who their regular clientele is based on the empty beer bottles and caps strewn throughout the property that no one seems to care about cleaning up. The atmosphere was gross. It is not a place for families. Fine for the price if all you plan to do is crash for one night. This is not a place for an actual extended stay.

Great place especially for long term stays. I’ve spent many nights here and highly recommend it. Great accommodations and staff.

Worse experience ever! Needs cleaning and maintenance. Staff and management were very unfriendly and unprofessional. I wasn't greeted as a longterm member. I didn't feel welcomed. Room was filthy and needed maintenance, desperately. Appliances were old and cheap. The refrigerator leaked freon and caused me a medical emergency: I got dizzy and almost lost consciousness. The desk clerk didn't care! The manager also didn't care. She was rude and unprofessional. No breakfast and no workout room. Parking was average. I recommend avoiding this hotel. As a result of my health emergency, I had to cut my stay short. The clerk refused check me out and to refund any money for the remaining days. I had to contact corporate and file a complaint. I returned the next day and was finally checked out and given a receipt. I got a partial refund, eventually.

The room smelled old like mildew, service was terrible, over the room was the most disgusting thing ever, I would rather sleep with a dog than to stay there. Dogs were running around, carpets in hallways were revolting, managers' were rude, something ain't right, they don't even make u pay taxes, worst hotel in life

Came here on August 2024. Jessica at the Front Desk was very helpful. I booked a non-smoking room.Don't be fooled by the pictures. Place is dirty and dated. The two rooms that I checked into smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burn marks on the carpet. Carpet is dirty, table were sticky.I didn't feel comfortable staying and ask if there was anything they could do and if I could get a refund. They said they could give me a refund. 1 week later, still no refund.
