we tried to go to the top floor bar and was told there’s a private party, but it was completely empty and we just wanted one drink. Then we went down to the bar in the lobby, and Service was extremely slow, our waitress checked out and never told us so we had to track down another waitress. When we gave them money to pay, they said it was going to be a while. The bathrooms are on the second floor and our only one stall and had to wait. Definitely not a premium experience.that I wouldexpect from a Michelin star hotel. More akin to a mid-level hotel.

We stayed here for a night on a quick trip to Denver. Rooms are exceptionally small. They give you a $15 gift to use at the restaurant, which you can only use at night. Completely pointless if you are staying for breakfast at the restaurant but gone at night. Totally dumb to leave people with a bad taste in their mouth over $15 by denying breakfast credits. They charged us double for the valet parking, which was a $64 over-charge. When we called, they said we were the third people to notice that in the day, but showed no signs that they would have refunded it without us calling in. Crazy to overcharge people who simply trust the bill by $64 for parking. And the $64 parking is insane. Across the street you can park for $18 for 24 hours. Whole thing just makes a guest leave feeling like they were ripped off over dumb little charges. The opposite of what you want from a quick getaway hotel.
