Well it was clean and the staff was nice. I should have researched it before booking. It is a barebones extended stay. So 1 towel, no soap. Hard bed . Children in room above us jumping around at all hours. It was very close to ford museum which was good. My final verdict is one and done.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that Andraya, the evening desk clerk, did everything she could to make things right.I cannot recommend this place to anyone! We had to wait over an hour to get into our room. There were no linens, no blankets and no toilet paper in the room. The entire property smelled of cannabis. And the worst part was, although I used my credit card to reserve my room for 2 consecutive nights, two months in advance, they told me at check in that my room was only available for 1 night. My family and I had to scramble at the last minute to find a room at another hotel for our 2nd night.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS PLACE COMPLETELY. If you can afford to go next door to The Henry, do that instead! You will be glad you did!

I really meant to write this review sooner. We had driven from Maryland to see family and a concert. There was an issue with our reservation, and we had to speak with reps through a video kiosk. This over a live front desk clerk is a terrible idea! That didn't turn out well at all. HOWEVER, I will say the young lady who is the Manager, (I believe her name is Chelsea) really turned a bad situation around! She was very professional, understanding, personable and remedied our situation 100% !!! Thank you Chelsea, this company needs to promote you for helping keep their customers happy!

Worse customer service ever! I checked out on March 18 and that same day they charged me for another week. Its been 2 days trying to get a hold of someone to give me a refund and the manager is never there to speak with. They owe me $493 dollars and every time I call I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone actually working at the location!

The staff is very helpful and kind.I love my room very clean it feels like home here. My family and I been staying here for a while
