Kirby began doing inspections in 2010 with a passion for homes and helping people. That passion still exists today! He understands and has compassion that one who is in need of an inspection is in the midst of a big move in their lives. Kirby delivers a complete accounting of the issues present but also the positive aspects. The wonderful functional characteristics of a home are just as important. It's not all bad news! He's not there to scare you...this is an exciting time! It's just that knowledge truly is power, and confidence in your decision can be so empowering.
