I surprised my husband for his birthday with this fantastic donkey experience and he absolutely loved it. I also brought a friend and her 12 year old niece and they had a wonderful time as well. When we first arrived Alyssa introduced us to each donkey and gave us their background stories. She is extremely knowledgeable on these lovely creatures and we learned all about them. After the meet and greet we got to go hands on with the donkeys. We walked each one thru the obstacle course and were able to see the unique personalities of each one. They were all very friendly and really seemed to enjoy interacting with us. Once we were all comfortable with them we walked them around the neighborhood. It was a unique and wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone.Alyssa takes wonderful care of these lovely animals and you can see the bond they have with her. It was really heartwarming.

Alyssa and Adam made a great experience for us with delightful, well trained donkeys! We learned a lot and had a great time walking Daffodil, Punky, and Polly. Such a fun morning!

The donkeys are really friendly and really social. Each one has her own unique personality, and we had a lot of fun walking them through an obstacle course, taking them for a walk on the road, and interacting with them in their play area. Watch out for Polly who likes to give lots of kisses! Big thanks to Alyssa who is an excellent host and made it an excellent experience!

There aren't many quality donkey advocates in this world that not only elevate donkeys to the same value as horses but treat them with the kindness and respect they deserve. Alyssa offers all this and more but on top of being the donkey-whisperer she is one of the kindest people you'll encounter. She's honest, caring, and extremely patient. The way she breaks information down makes it easy for anyone to understand and she always has safety in mind. I cannot recommend her enough as a trainer and memory maker through the donkey experiences.

Alyssa with Desert Donkey Experiences is amazing. I got my Bojangles a couple years ago and he was so shut down. Alyssa came to work with him at my property for several months and he is a changed happy Donkey now that finally trusts people. She was so patient and taught me so much about donkeys. If you are looking for a Donkey trainer she is the perfect trainer. I wouldn't use anyone else.
