We had a fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Madison East Interstate I 90. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, the rooms were big, quiet and cozy, and the overall experience was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madison—especially families!

Excellent customer service, from our quick and easy check in with very welcoming front desk staff, to the efficient and pleasant service at the breakfast buffet. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good location for dining and shopping options and easy drive to downtown and UW campus.

My wife has been dealing with cancer for the last 3 years I stay here because I’m 3 minutes from the uw hospital I couldn’t afford to do this with out the help from this hotel the manager here that I never met before I stayed here for the first time he didn’t have to do anything he didn’t know me but he opened up is hart to me and my wife I pay just like everybody else but it’s the hospitality off the hotel that makes you feel at home he’s a great person from what his workers have told me he’s a great boss I just wanted to let everybody know what kind of people that work here when you come and stay me and my wife are so grateful for this hotel it’s a great place to stay. One night stay on migration north. Good online rate. Convenient to highway on east side of Madison. Plenty of parking. 5 minute walk to casino. Coffee, hot water and ice water in lobby. Fridge and microwave in room. White noise low so could hear some hallway noise. Comfortable bed with lots of pillow options. Updated rooms. Clean. Heated indoor pool. Grocery area with beer, soda, snacks and pizza. Hot expanded breakfast. They would have received more stars with some attention to detail. No one cleaned or refilled the breakfast area when we were there. Out of eggs and coffee. The few sausages were cold. Ice maker on our floor out of order. No smoking rooms but smokers right at the entrance. Put a sign to smoke away from front door entrance area. Ok for an overnight.

Comfortable beds, breakfast is actually pretty impressive, clean, the rooms look decent since renovations. Staff can be a bit rude and condescending and if you come late it’s tricky getting someone at the front desk. The tv in the room is broken and they won’t replace it and the hallways smell like weed. But it smells like some great weed. Vending machines regularly steal your money but front desk generally are willing to reimburse. Ample parking and pretty quiet. Worth it for the price range.
