tripadvisorGreat experience staying here during evacuations. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sierra, Connor, Marcus, Ken, Blue, Millie and Nicole. We appreciate you going above and beyond.
MoreAs a travel nurse, finding a safe, comfortable, and quiet place for long-term stays is always my top priority, and this Extended Stay America in Pueblo has completely exceeded my expectations. I am here on a long-term contract, and I am so incredibly impressed by my experience that I wanted to leave a review early. Extended Stay America corporate—you absolutely 'did your big one' with this Pueblo location! The entire team here makes your stay feel like a true home away from home. From the day shift to the night shift, all the way up to the amazing managers, everyone radiates positive energy. If you have a question or a need, their customer service is top-tier. Even the housekeepers are so incredibly sweet, friendly, and constantly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.The property itself is perfect for traveling healthcare professionals and working contractors. Because it is filled with people here for work rather than just tourists, it is a highly respectful, peaceful, and quiet environment. It is the perfect place to get great rest after a long shift. The amenities make a huge difference for extended stays. I love the outdoor area with the grills and picnic table, which offers a great, relaxing view to unwind. The in-room kitchen layout is perfect for meal prepping between shifts, and the gym is a lifesaver for relieving stress and is always kept spotlessly clean. Thank you to the incredible Pueblo staff for taking such amazing care of those of us who work on the road!
MoreExtend a stay Pueblo has a stellar mgr who took care of any issues I had. Every hotel should be so lucky to have a person like this in charge!
MoreThis was our first time at Extended Stay and it was great! First of all... It's a no frills hotel. There's no pool (we didn't care) and the fitness room was just a few pieces of cardio equipment (again we didn't plan on working out on this trip so we didn't care). The breakfast is not really a breakfast. There are some packaged muffins, some pretty awful coffee, some clementines, yogurt, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. That was a little disappointing but there is a Village Inn and Starbucks just down the street so it didn't really matter. The room was very quiet! The bed was very comfortable! Two big things to know... There is only one mirror - the one in the bathroom - so it's challenging for two people to get ready. And there is no in-room coffee. You can get a coffee maker and cups and whatnot from the desk and make your own coffee (you have to bring it or go buy it) because there is a kitchen with a cooktop and fridge and everything but no Keurig. If you know those things going in you'll be prepared. Other than those little annoyances, it's a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. That have a mobile security system with multiple cameras in the parking lot that monitors everything in real time so we felt very safe parking our car there. When we go back to Pueblo we will stay again! The staff was very nice as well. I read so many scary reviews of other hotels but this one lived up to the positive reviews. It's new, clean, and quiet. There is a bit of an off-putting smell from whatever cleaning product or air freshener they use but we got used to it. But it really was a great place to stay.
MoreNeed to work on the breakfast and it also has a kitchenette bathroom for handicap and on handicap stove oven refrigerator microwave closets things like that but they should have more groceries or more food puts in there because all we got was a couple of eggs and some oranges it wasn't even a nice little breakfast like bacon and eggs and toast and hash browns and waffles at all
