Stopped here as I was biking along the Sam Morgan Trail that travels from Downtown St Paul and along the Mississippi River south of the city . The correct name is Chestnut Plaza and it is a small city park with benches and shade that offers a slightly elevated view of the river as it flows through the city. Pleasant space and no homeless hanging about.
