I was so pleased that Genesis responded to text messages and was able to book a very early ride on July 4th. The driver was pleasant and on time. Great service in this regard. However, the “all inclusive of tax and tip” price changed three times (from $210 by text to $220 by email to $264 on final bill), including a $44 tip added without our consent. I decided to ignore the first change but I asked for a refund on the tip. The owner decided to refund me $37 and then asked on the phone if I really needed the additional $7. The owner also told me I should have cross referenced their texts ($210) and emailed invoice ($220) with their website and realized they made a mistake. But rather than telling me about that mistake, they decided to fix it with a $44 tip.
