DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They agreed to take my travel companion to the Knoxville airport the day before. Confirmed by text. NEVER SHOWED UP. DID NOT ANSWER CALLS. The hotel called, my friend called, and I called. NOTHING. My friend had no way to the airport. I had to drive 1.5 hours to the airport each way. Completely unacceptable!!!!

Joe was a great driver and Bear Paw Taxi delivered great service for our group of 10. Fair pricing, comfortable ride and got a lot of great local trips. We used the service several times.

Excellent service, very personable. Clean and dependable ride.

We rode motorcycles up to Gatlinburg for a 3 day music festival. Where our AirBNB was located we figured it would be best to get rides to the event and back. We contacted Bear Paw Taxi and they were there to get us promptly both going and returning for all 3 days!! Big shout out to Joe and Jennie who were the drivers. If you're in the Gatlinburg area and need transport look no further!

We had a great experience with Bear Paw Taxi in Gatlinburg! Joe and Jennie were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They did an excellent job accommodating our group of 14 and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. They arrived on time, made everyone feel comfortable, and provided a clean and comfortable ride. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially for a group our size. We would definitely recommend Bear Paw Taxi to anyone visiting the area and will gladly use them again!
