The staff on the front desk were rude and not at all helpful. We had a problem with our bathroom fan staying on and running very loudly that it kept us awake, having no shower gel on our first day, we spoke to the lady on reception who said she would get it all sorted. We also asked for the coffee to be replenished and our room to be made up. We went out for the day and on our return we found they had replenished the shower gel but not made up the room or replenished coffee etc also the fan I spoke to someone else at the front desk who said they would take care of it. When we went back to our room two hours later nothing had changed. I phoned down to be told the fan was normal ( the lady in the morning had said it should turn off with the light) and that housekeeping had gone home, she was very abrupt and not at all apologetic. I asked for someone to fix the fan as it was not normal, she sent someone up who did fix it! Unfortunately we will not return and will definitely not be recommending anyone to stay here. Rick the barman was very helpful and fun, the reception staff should have lessons from him!

Such a wonderful hotel. Will be coming back next time I come visit Denver

We had a very upsetting and unacceptable experience during our stay. My friend was locked out of our room and the night auditor failed to assist her in any meaningful way. Instead of helping or making sure she was safe, she was left to roam the property, and at one point strangers let her into their room. We were terrified for her safety and eventually filed a police report because we could not find her.What made the situation even worse was the night auditor’s response afterward. Rather than showing concern or taking responsibility, she blamed usfor what happened. That was careless, dismissive, and completely inappropriate in a safety-related situation.This hotel’s handling of the incident was unacceptable, and I would not expect guests to be treated this way.

Stayed one night on our way to Steamboat Springs for a wedding. Comfy beds and Rick the bartender was amazing! The breakfast was delicious! Cocktails fresh and very friendly staff! Would definitely stay again! Close to lots of things!

A great place to stay, staff were very friendly and informative, thank you Anita for being so friendly and welcoming. The guest services team gave us many great ideas for things to do in our short stay.
