I stayed first time this place found it's okay with prices. Rooms conditions needs little upgrades. Internet speed is too good. Management are friendly and the do offer free parking and free local calls. I will stay again if I come to Midland in near future

Once the best place to stay but now they jacked up their prices and let drug dealers in. They are renting their rooms at luxury prices. Last time I stayed a big fight broke out and manager never corrected. My company will no longer book another room from a drug supporter of dealers. All 47 companies are doing business else where

There not the best quality rooms but everything worked and my 5 consecutive stay was great at 57 a night there prices were better than the others.. American best value wanted 75 a night. I heard that America best value was a dump from other reviews

Midland and Odessa is Oil town and Price is always higher at other places I used to stay. This one I found with Right price and Clean . Property seems old from outside. It makes me happy when I save good amount of money and still stay in clean and comfortable room. Internet is good and management is helpful and smiley.

Its not the four seasons, but its affordable, and if you have to live on Per Diem its perfect. I stayed in a two bedroom with a another guy from work for over a month, and I never had anything stolen, or come up missing. The shower hot, the WiFi always worked, and the microwave was nice to heat up food from the fridge. Your walking distance from a couple restaurants. The Mexican club down the street can get a bit annoying playing their music on the weekends, but other than that noise isn't a problem. Management are nice people, and easy to deal with. In a town that price gouges on hotel rooms because they can...its nice to see reasonable rates.
