I'm a mobile notary. I visit hospitals, motels, offices, or your private home. I am also a pastor and the combination of notary/pastor allows me to solomnize your marriage and notarize the required documents allowing a "confidential marriage" wherein your marriage is not recorded in official public records. California is the only state that allows this practice.
