This was our second time using this company. We had a great experience with Best Deal Shuttle! They got us safely from the airport to our cruise port without any stress. The driver was professional, punctual, and made the whole ride smooth and comfortable. After a long flight, it was such a relief to have reliable transportation we could count on. Everything was well-organized, and we arrived with plenty of time to spare. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dependable shuttle service, especially for cruise transfers!

The whole thing happened because of an honest mistake we made by double booking transportation from the Holiday Inn Express in Fort Lauderdale to the Carnival cruise port in Miami. My wife had originally booked with MJS Transportation online but we did not receive an email confirmation, so I booked it with Florida Shuttle Vans. We were scheduled for a 9 am pickup time. At 8:30, I answered my wifes cell phone and the driver by the name of Carlos told me he would be there by 9:30. I thought I was dealing with Florida Shuttle and did not give it a second thought. At 9:05 I received a call from Florida Shuttle instructing me the driver was waiting out front and would leave at 9:15 if we were not out front. The man was very upset and short with me. I explained that we received a call and the pickup time was 9:30. He called me a liar. We arrived out front by 9:10 and the driver was gone. I received a text stating that he instructed the driver to leave because I was a liar. Luckily, Carlos with MJS showed up a little later. MJS also provided transportation back to the airport after the cruise. Very friendly and also less expensive. Honestly, I would not hire Florida Shuttle Vans to take my trash to the dump. He not only insulted me, but also left my family and I. Again the mistake was on my wife and I, but this company is very unprofessional. Thanks for leaving us, you did us a favor. Nick was excellent. He is a true professional. He was on time, answered messages right away, van was clean. I shopped around and he also has the best price. Will definitely use him again and recommend to friends.
