I had reserved this place through Global Hotel Card (which is a rewards card you can get through capital one). I always check the rooms before I pack my bags to the room and I'm glad I did. There were hairs on the bed in several places and also in the bathroom. This was the last room they had, so the hotel clerk said he would get with his manager and get my money refunded. (no big deal) So now Global Hotel Cards are being a pain about refunding my money.

I was visiting local friends in the area earlier in May and would characteriz the hotel as average Supposedly there were freshly baked cookies when I checked in, but didn't see any remaining. No water was offerred as an elite traveler and breakfast, I'd give a 4/10.

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Beautiful area. Room comfortable. Ashley, at the desk, has a great personality!

I stay all over the country. This facility is one of the best ran I have experienced. Most of the time you have one or two that stand out if your lucky. But this facility has an awesome TEAM of folks. I hate to give names because of the ones I dont deal directly with obviously do a fantastic job cleaning, cooking ect.as well.. Teri, Ashley, Kenny to name a few. I /we from Garnet Elec. would like to say to all of you, THANK YOU! For making our time away from home more comfortable..

I had a good experience, the front desk was helpful and I was lucky to get rooms during the winter storm. It was very cold outside and the hotel is the last one on that street. It's quite a walk. The breakfast is one of the best I have seen as far as preparation and attendance. The lady that works there surprisingly also works in the other hotel across the street. She minds her business and doesn't worry about guests'personal things. There is a gym and pool both in good condition.The hotel has newer looking sheets, all very clean. It's a good pick for the price.
