The Watershed Hotel in Norwalk is a great place to stay. It’s beautifully designed and overlooks the woods and a river. The decor is creative, inviting and cozy. The guest rooms are smartly appointed and comfortable. The staff is nice, accommodating and friendly, always ready to help and anticipate a need.The Sienna restaurant is spectacular and the food is first-rate. It is a convenient complement to delicious dining a step away.I always work with Kaitlyn in the sales department, who is attentive, professional, and so nice.This hotel is a little gem in the area and one I would enthusiastically recommend exclusively!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! Our friends got engaged right before checking in and hotel manager Julio Garcia went out of his way to make sure the couple felt special. Rose petals, champagne and a special note from us were all left for our friends as a surprise on arrival. They couldn't believe how magical everything was. What a TERRIFIC hotel and staff!

I stayed here for one night before a business meeting in NY. The hotel is lovely, the decor is gorgeous. The complimentary coffee and breakfast in the morning was very welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The gym is great, and the fourth floor outdoor space is lovely. The small store next to reception is handy for snacks and drinks. I didn’t get a chance to try Siena, but the menu looked fantastic. The reception staff were very welcoming and engaging. My only recommendations would be to add a water fountain / water bottle refill station by the coffee section, more trash cans (they filled up quickly), a sink to pour out juice/coffee/tea so people don’t throw liquid into the trash cans, and more clearly marked WiFi info in the lobby and rooms. My only complaint is that the rug/carpet in the room and in the hallway was so loud as you stepped on it, not sure if it was recently redone, or what material it is, but the noise was loud. The walls also appear to be a bit thin, I was surprised I could hear my neighbors.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Spacious, comfortable room and bathroom, great towels and bathrobe, and included continental breakfast steps above a chain hotel. Friendly staff.

Great ambiance in the lobby. Loved the view upon entering the hotel, large windows with expansive greenery. The lobby furnishings were perfect for the setting. Even the entry area to the gym was special. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was just right and the price was right.
