We showed up and they told us our vehicle was too big so they wouldn’t allow us to cancel our room and wouldn’t help with parking at all. Staff was incredible rude about the situation. I would stay anywhere else considering how overpriced it was and how rude the staff was. You should never tell a customer “That’s not my problem” because our van was too big. Horrible experience and will gladly keep leaving reviews so others are aware.

Great location, excellent breakfast, very clean and neat, pleasant stay, highly recommend.

We had a good stay at this hotel. No real complaints. ~Clean, modern, newer hotel.~We had a suite with a sofa, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, 2 TVs, ironing board/iron, hair dryer, pump toiletries.~Quiet.~Located a block or so from Lake Monona. Walkable to the State Capitol and Badger Bus stop, State Street and more. ~Fun Happy Hour featuring basic drinks, beer, wine. You can upgrade to more premium brands for a nominal fee. The bartender was chatty and fun. ~Hot breakfast made-to-order egg station, plus all the usual breakfast buffet items like fruit, oatmeal, cold cereals, juices, English muffins, yogurt. My only input is it would have been nice if the hotel offered information about nearby July 4th celebrations. The staff that we did ask didn't have any clue about them. Note: We ate dinner at Lucille's twice, a short walk from the hotel.

Excellent stay for 3 nights Visiting Madison for a wedding. Stayed on 9th floor suite which had good modern amenities and ample night Bathroom amnesties included good quality body wash, shampoo and even a mouth wash Quite good was close to all major attraction We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet especially the made to order omelettes and the bar in the evening .Front desk Staff were always smiling and extremely helpful. Vidhushi helped my daughter find a last minute nail spa so a big thanks to her Highly recommended

It’s beautiful hotel with a great staff. Never had to ask for anything twice they was always there all time.
