I stayed here two weeks ago. The room was small and the bed was comfortable. However my reservation had stated 2 queen beds. It only had one. When I called the booking agent they informed me there are only one bed rooms in this building so beware. Lucky it was just me and my daughter but could have been a very awkward situation. I was also given the wrong room so entered into someone else's room. Thankfully no one was there or could have been a different story. So security isn't great but location was good for what we needed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST… Any good review about them must be “paid review” or by the agency. The place we rented was FILTY and not as it was advertised ( via Airbnb)… We rented it for 5 days, but with the help of Airbnb help and enough evidence we got our money back and got out next day. THEY ALSO KEEP YOUR $49 DEPOSIT that they promise to return. BIG SCAM, Horrible agency… Do not let low price tease you: Dirty sheets & Towels provided the first night and then tell you use the free washer & dryer!!!Good area, but as someone one mentioned in the reviews, seems like a brothel and drug house… !

Honestly I only saw the other reviews on this site after booking and was very apprehensive. It was last minute so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best! The automatic emails were a little off-putting and I was worried there wasn't actually anyone there, but I got prompt responses whenever I had a question.All I can say is I assume that the other reviews are from pre-renovation. Everything was very clean and lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The front door was a little stuck but you just have to pull hard. The room was very small but it was exactly what we needed. The housekeeper was lovely and made us feel so at home. I can't speak to thin walls, as I don't believe there were any other residents while we were there.Would definitely recommend it for a single or couple who just need a place to sleep while they explore Boston!

This place is essentially a brothel and a place used for drug deals. Homeless use this as a half way house when they have enough money for a one or two night stay. There is garbage left out front. I would suggest staying somewhere else that is safer and cleaner.

I am in the practice of having to arrange temp housing for business for 14 yrs. Company doing busy as Stayarbor Short Term Rentals, north of Detroit Michigan should be avoided to help you with your search. Either they dont practice customer relations or they just flat out dont care. I should have been wary since they have no phone number listed on site anywhere. Very least I can say rude, makes statements and goes back on word. Beware! They set me up with preliminary arrangement, leading me to cancel other offers and now totally cancelled me because I questioned their practices. Nick Has cause me setback financially and business progress. There are plenty other reputable firms in Detroit area ..
