Absolutely terrible hotel and management. I had a reservation, when to the front desk and nobody was there. After about 1/2 an hour an unhappy worker came and got me checked in (this was after I found their number online and called them from their own lobby).The room was disgusting. There was no blanket on the bed, no fridge, microwave, anything. Temp control didn't work right. Sink had hair in it from previous stay. After one horrible night, I turned in my key and tried to cancel the remainder of my reservation. There was nobody at the front counter, so I could only leave the key and a note. They refused to refund me the $ for the 2 unused days. Booking. com and Priceline.com, which are the same company and who I booked it through, offered me $11 back on the two days I didn't stay there. Revolting. I'll never do business with any of them again.

Awful, filthy, disgusting! Drape falling off broken window, filthy shower and shower curtain, white towels were gray and stained, baseboard trim was falling off, pillows were flat as pancakes and when I went to the front desk to ask for more pillows I was told they didn’t have more but then another person came to the desk and somehow found two pillows and pillowcases.

Manager at front desk doesn't give you towells. When you stay for a week.. The washing machine and dryer are broke. They didn't give my reservation price. They constantly tell you to checkout. Don't stay.here for a week.

I highly recommend staying somewhere else. I made a reservation with this hotel because they have always been good about flexibility and pets. I made my reservation back Feb of 25 and my plans changed. I have called the hotel since March 2025 and it is now June 2025 and I ask for a manager and every single day they say Call tomorrow I don't know who runs this place. They have terrible service. Will not help. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. They don't care about the guests or the business they are just a money grab and its discussing.

The first impression was that the place is filthy, then it got worse with the stains on the sheets and particle of debris on the floor. Mold is visibily present on the bathroom floor. There wasn't enough towels in the room for two people to shower. Spend as little time in the room as possible and pretty much left as soon as we woke up. This is a below standard hotel.
