When I have clients scheduled I make sure that they as well as myself make plans for that day to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction. I easily adapt when I need to be. I clean commercial and residential homes of all kinds. I am able to do deep cleaning and vacation homes as well. I have 8+ years of hotel housekeeping skills and knowledge from the hospitality career. I just earned my Hospitality and Managment certificate. I am in the process of gaining my HVAC and Apartment Maintenance Tech certifications in the next 6 months. I clean and sanitize acording to standards from OSHA, and have a certification from a couple of cleaning programs I just renewed them.
