Ryan Dunn is absolutely amazing. I do not know of anyone better for an experience like this. Ryan is an accomplished author and paranormal investigator that ranks among the very best!

It was a great way to see Charleston at night, and also hear about the history of the city that you wouldn't get in a day tour. We took our kids and they said it was their favorite part of the trip.We planning on visiting Savannah in the future and will make Afterlife Tours a part of that experience as well.

I have done tours with Ryan and Afterlife Tours 3 separate times over the years. Ryan is the BEST tour guide and is incredibly knowledgable about the history provided on his tours. His information is delivered in a very professional manner and he spends a lot of time researching the information provided. Unlike other ghost tours where drinking is the focal point or cheesy details are delivered by people in period costumes, there is nothing fake about Ryan. It is clear from the beginning that this is his passion!! Ryan even followed up with me after my first tour with him in 2017 and emailed me some additional information about a building in Savannah that I felt I had seen something in. He is the real deal and perfect for anyone wanting to explore the supernatural and learn a lot of really cool things. I look forward to doing more tours with him in the future and I'd really LOVE to do a lock in with his company one of these days.

Our daughter Angelina has a heart defect, and 2 years ago, in June 2022, she made a wish through the Make-A-Wish foundation to go on a haunted road trip because she loves everything to do with the paranormal! Ryan Dunn and his team made it an amazing experience for our daughter and our family! He took us on an awesome ghost tour, then took us on a private paranormal investigation. The tour was informative and extremely entertaining! Our daughter still talks about the memorable time she had! It's something our family will never forget! ❤️
