This deposit guarantees that your vehicle and driver are reserved exclusively for your event. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To accommodate cancellations while also maintaining fairness to our team and clients, the following conditions apply: Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before your scheduled booking date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 business days of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund. Any refund due to a qualifying cancellation will be processed promptly and returned to the original method of payment. By submitting your deposit, you agree to the terms of this policy.
