I tried to book a shuttle a week in advance for a wedding I am going to in Portland. He responded to my text three days later and just sent a link to book my appointment a week later so he never booked me, but never told me. When I clicked the link all the time slots I needed were taken.

This is probably one of my best experience's yet with transportation I’ve ever encountered. I’m visiting from Miami and went skiing for the day at Mt. Hood, my hike to Mt Hood was quite of a headache being that i too the transit to get to my destination. Upon my arrival i asked the concierges about the transit back to downtown Portland and they told me they did not have any transportation that would help me getting back just because they don’t go that route. Now I’m full on anxiety because i hate going places and feeling stranded. They handed me a card with Hoodland Shuttle Co phone number, i gave them a text and I was on my way back to Downtown Portland within 30 minutes. These guys really take pride in their service and I will most definitely use them in the near future when visiting Portland!! If i could give more starts I would!!

Amazing service. Took us at 5am to the airport . They were early and professional. Super comfy van and nice locals running the company. Picked us up two weeks later and same great experience. Definitely using them again!
