Steve is AMAZING! he went above and beyond for our family! it was an amazing experience! It's a little theatrical and over the top, but my family and I have been on a Ghost tour in 15 of all 50 states and Steve is one of 3 who has catered to our son's autism. (calm down Karen he is of age and wanted to come) He knew I was Jewish and was very respectful about the Dirty Gerdy doll and how he spoke about the Holocaust. Time ran over a normal tour because he catered to our son, and Steve didn't once mind or complain. He even dropped us back off at the Sallie house where we were sleeping and didn't look at it as his competition, because he wasn't making money off of it. just over all a genuine guy!!!

I visited my sister in Kansas City and we planned some spooky season activities. We had a booking mix up and we thought we were going to miss the opportunity to take the haunted taxi tour of Kansas City. The day we wanted to book was already sold out and I was flying out the next day. However, Steve, the owner, was so kind and understanding. He refunded us the tickets and opened up a time slot for us to do a day tour before my flight. It was all for free. I can tell Steve really wants his customers to enjoy what Kansas haunts have to offer. He is super knowledgeable about the history and haunts and he even brought some ghost hunting equipment to use on the tour, which was a spooky plus! We had such a great time. The next time I visit KC I'm definitely going to check out the other tours on uhaunted.com / haunted taxi.

This company is UNSAFE and should be shut down. Steve, the owner, met us at a parking lot in Olathe in his dirty van with skeletons hanging in the back.He then drove waaay under the speed limit to Atchison and wouldn't shut the f*** UP, often repeating himself two or three times. First stop? Casey's, where we stood around for 15 minutes so so he could turn on the air at the haunted house. I should have listened to my gut and left then. The next six, yes, SIX HOURS were spent hiking in a cemetery during a heat advisory, trespassing on private property, parking in front of houses Steve said were DEFINITELY haunted (It was dark, btw. Couldn't see anything) and traipsing around in a haunted house that was structurally unsound. Steve kept saying everything was cool bc he's in the Chamber of Commerce. He's not. The tour was supposed to be a birthday surprise for me and wound up being one of the worst days of my life.

We went to 1322 Maple House Of The Dead Atchison and it was the most scary tour we ever took this is truly the most haunted house we have ever been in I suggest you try this
