We make coffee using tried and true methods: a traditional espresso maker, Chemex, Aeropress, various drip filters, and an aeropress. Coffee is our craft. We import 90% of our green coffee directly from farmers and cooperatives whom we know and trust. We roast all of our coffee right here in Ballard, a stone's throw from Ballard Coffee Works, in the Ballard beer district. Our goal is to Make Coffee Better in terms of Quality, Equity, Sustainability and Transparency. And to have a great time doing it!
