Every great pizza needs the best dough. Ours is so good it’s been around for over 150 years. We take our ancestral sourdough starter, add locally sourced flour and then give it three days to ferment for full flavor. Endwell’s pizza and Italian dishes are flavored with a New York attitude and a Missouri sensibility. The centerpiece of our menu is our 12” Brooklyn style pizza. We also feature exciting pizzas such as the Roman staple “pizza alla pala” (pizza of the peel) and “pizza al taglio” (focaccia pizza). Our seasonally driven menu changes daily and is peppered with familiar Italian favorites as well as hidden gems like the chargrilled marinated meats called “spiedies”, a dish re-born in Endwell, NY.
