Gosh, there was a pack of dogs at the Mall, G-string TMI at outside Victoria's Secret window; The Chipotle food did NOT look like on TV (old, yucky); pizza place was gone and the only positive experience was at the Apple Store - helpful staff.

So I pulled up to the food court curb to pick up my siblings, we just came back from a good day at the mall, got some dinner. We always go here shop and never had an issue. And I went to my car to come pick them up. I stayed in vehicle with my hazard lights on, and my siblings just hopped in. And was immediately confronted by an incredibly rude female security guard.Look I get it she was just doing her job. But I'm not parking, the security camera can clearly see my siblings getting into the car with food. And litterly my car is on, hazard is on and my siblings were getting in. I put my car in park for safety reasons, but it was on and I don't get out of my car. I just did so, so my siblings could get in safety .I took my seatbelt off for a second do I can hold the food. As they get in. And mind you....my car was on, we were about to leave. Litterly....any security people can look in the camera and see the truth.Anyway.... still this bitchy mall cop walks over and blames me for parking. And I was polite and told her I was simply picking up my siblings. She saw my car was on park and said you can't do that. I simply said sorry and that I'm leaving. And she gave an attitude and said okay bye! And I just smiled and left. Honestly who the hell does that? So ubers, families delivery drop offs....are not allowed to pick up and drop off anymore? Why are mall cops acting so hostile ? There is a better way to treat paying customers without being hostile and treating paying customers like criminals. She has a complete power-trippy attitude and ruined our evening. We went straight home literally what the hell? This mall sucks.

Lived in the area 23 years now. I used to go here a few times a week. Last three times I was there with family, twice fights broke out right in front of us. One being pretty violent. We didn't need to see that. The last time I was there, I saw a guy pull a gun on someone in the parking lot over a space. I just left and said never again. I mean, it is a mall. Something you can't enjoy anymore because of the way society has become. Traffic is also an issue now also. The area has become way too overpopulated.

The bonus about there being a mall in Brandon is that it provides quick shopping experiences to some of my favorite retailers when I am too antsy to wait for my items to be delivered to me. Unfortunately, this mall gets packed extremely quickly so if you get anxious with crowds best get there right when it opens or during the week when the teens are at school.

Don’t know how much MSG or salt or something Boston Market had added to the gravy, but oh boy...sure something is different in the ingredients, gave us a headache almost the entire day! Consumers please beware!!!
