I am giving a 5/10. It was listed as 4 star but it defnitley was not even close, what the hotel calls a suite was a large fridge, little stove and sink. No couch. The bed was not a bed it was a matrress sitting on a metal rack so it squeaked everytime you moved. However, the cleanliness was spot on. The location was okay. There was a Wendys next door and a Mc Donalds across the street. The value was okay but not great. The atomsphere was okay

We were desperately searching for something reasonable in Kansas City for a Saturday night stay. It was nearly impossible. We lived in the same area as this hotel at one time, so we knew the neighborhood. It was very nice. Lots of services and restaurants nearby. And it’s close enough to the airport not to have to deal with Kansas City traffic. We’ve only spent a couple of nights in extended-stay properties, so we were not familiar with what we might be encountering at this property. It’s more like a place to live than it is a nightly hotel. I would say most of the guests were full-time occupants. The elevator went out of service just as we arrived, so our fourth floor room became a first floor room. The room was clean. But we were lacking in basics like towels, Kleenex, ironing board, iron, other amenities that just don’t happen in an extended stay hotel. The people at the front desk were super. We didn’t have a very comfortable feeling about the environment, so we would not choose to stay there again. They did serve coffee in the morning in the lobby. That was nice. There is no breakfast buffet.
