We booked a jacuzzi room which was way more than we wanted to spend because the place was a &&&&hole. We got to our first room in the Jacuzzi did not work after waiting for an hour for it to fill so they moved us upstairs to another Jacuzzi room identical waited for it to fill another hour and a half when we turn the Jets on a bunch of dirt came out we emptied it. Filled it emptied it filled it. Still disgusting. The TV did not work in that room so they moved us back down to our original room where the Jacuzzi didn’t work but at least the TV did so I paid for a Jacuzzi room but didn’t get it. Spent all night fixing their Jacuzzis ruined my night with my husband and at the end of the day, they were not going to refund us. He told us he was going to refund us when we left the building that was just to get us out of there but then we called Hotels.com the next day and they said that they do not intend on refunding us how jacked is that? Do not stay at this hotel it is a joke. It is disgusting. We had to pretty much clean our room in order to use it and we didn’t get what we paid for and they don’t think they owe us any money back. This place needs to be shut down.

This hotel is not well maintained. When it rained, the roof leaked into my friends suitcase, the sewer backed up on the first floor, even with the curtains the parking lot lights shown into our room, our air conditioner leaked into the room, the breakfast tater tots were still frozen, etc. It felt safe and adequately clean though.

We stayed here as part of a wedding room block, with many other wedding guests also staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely concerning.Our room was around 60 degrees, while the hallways and entrance were approximately 80 degrees. The room itself had cobwebs, dirty bedding, outdated bathrooms, decor, paint, and furnishings. We were so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that we ultimately paid for another hotel and left because we did not feel the room was clean or safe.Even more concerning was the hotel’s security. A new key was made for our occupied room and given to another guest without anyone asking for identification. Our room was essentially re-rented while we were still staying there. That is completely unacceptable from a safety and security standpoint.Additionally, no key was required to enter the hotel, meaning anyone could walk in from the outside. There also appeared to be people living at the hotel who were not simply short-term guests, which added to our concerns.For a hotel hosting a large wedding block, we expected basic cleanliness, security, and comfort. Unfortunately, this property failed on all three. We would not recommend staying here, and several wedding guests had a similarly disappointing experience.

Large group of youths in hotel room and hallways; fighting, using drugs from approximately 2am to nearly 5am. August 15, 2026. Contacted the Front Desk several times, no Police were present. Was told by Front Desk Attendant that he would not confront directly to evict because these agitators had weapons. THE PROPERTY IS WORN, OUTDATED AND CLEARLY NOT SECURE.

Yall need to shut this place down they are unprofessional the rooms were dirty and they have underage kids working in the building the showers barely had hot running water and the cleaning crew only cleans every 3-4 days unless you request it 24hrs in advance also the carpet in the hall stinks and needs new lighting throughout the building but you charging an and an leg to stay there and to make it so bad your right by the airport please do me a favor before yall stay there check out the reviews and don’t look at them pictures cause that’s not what it look like and you got the nerve to want a tip when people check out that place needs a makeover from outside to the inside
