Our stay at Arlo Hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and the location was ideal. The service was excellent. Special thanks to Litzy who was extremely helpful and kind and answered all of our questions.

Awesome experience! We had to transfer to this hotel after one night in DC at a different hotel. The Arlo initially did not have a double bed room available, but after the first night, they found one and moved us into that room. So easy and accommodating! The Guest Experience Manager, Jude, is amazing. He really knows how to make you feel welcome and helps with all questions. Highly recommend the Arlo especially with Jude onsite.

Had lunch in your lobby cafe…would recommend a fuller lunch menu… found out afterwards there were a few items we could have ordered from the rooftop restaurant…staff were very caring!

This hotel was awesome. The decor is beautiful and slightly eclectic as well as chic. They thought of everything. There’s an espresso maker, there are eucalyptus cold cloths in the gym for after your workout. There is an umbrella to borrow. The room is beautiful, and the room service was great. My front desk attendant Natalia was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, the location was excellent for what I needed. Would def recommend this place to stay.
