Eva was friendly and delightful to work with. Prompt response, and the tour was at my pace. Would highly recommend if you are looking to move in and around the Bay. Thank you Eva!

As a tenant I am very happy with the management company. Very prompt in their replies and very clear communication. Has also helped me move my move in date as a courtesy. Their portal is excellent...

Bay portfolio has provided excellent service. They are friendly and are willing to accommodate. They are timely when you are moving in and willing to help with any questions you might have.

Quality of service is outstanding, pleasant customer care experience and great amenities are provided. l can't recommend more!

I called up to request some information and Eva hung up on me. I would never list a property with this company.
