We’ve been a staple in Estes Park since 2014 and we’re named the #1 NY style Pizzeria in the state of Colorado by The Washington Post in September of 2023. Competed in Parma Italy 2023, took 3rd among the Americans. Placed second in the World's Best Cheese Slice in 2024 at International Pizza Expo. In addition to traditional, round NY pizza, we make Sicilian, Grandma, Detroit Red top and Chicago Tavern style. The sole reason Antonio’s exists today is that in 2006 when we arrived in CO, we couldn’t find any pizza remotely close to the pizza we enjoyed our entire lives on Long Island! In 2010, Antonio started making pizza at home and by 2013 was serving it to the public in a drive through! In 2014, we officially opened a pizzeria and Antonio’s quest to understand dough, thermal transfer of ovens and the magic of fermentation left no stones unturned. The industry took notice and in 2021, he was inducted into the World Pizza Champions team. Antonio has trained under some of the best pizzamakers in the world and is now a published author as well as an industry speaker.
