The rooms are fun the items included are enough. We had three people snd the items included were enough. The extra items to buy were $20-40 bucks each. We got a coffee maker for $10. Each room has a google speaker where you can play any music you want while smashing. The people were friendly. I recommend it for something different. Fyi- DO THE WAIVERS ONLINE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE THEY DONT HAVE PRINTOUTS OF WAIVERS TO SIGN. What is missing is—-a gift store area with t shirts hats and soda and water etc. entrance is in the back of the building . Its pricey but fun.

Horrible customer service. We went on Valentine’s Day and arrived 15 minutes late in a snow storm. Roads were awful and for context there was 1 other car in the strip’s parking lot. We walk in and one of the workers goes “what the hell happened?” pointing at his watch. They rush us off into our room to break items. Less than 10 minutes go by and the same guy walks up to the window and points to his open hand signaling we have 5 minutes left. I get it if they are on a tight schedule and they are busy, but we were the only people there and they swept up and closed after us. It was 8:45, their business hours are until 9:00…I spent $100 on this to be rushed out the door within 30 minutes.

This is fun to smash things and you get to decide what music to play while smashing. The staff is super friendly. We arrived and she went over the rules to prevent injuries. It was great to be able to toss plates and glasses to release our negative energies. Bats and crowbars were provided. We were also given a laptop, tape player and shelf to smash. You can pay extra to add more items. We did get plenty to break so we did not order more items plus we were getting hot from smashing.
