Everything about the hotel itself was perfect: the views were beautiful (especially the ability to view the 4th of July fireworks!), the room was spacious and comfortable, the location was ideal, and having a balcony made the stay feel even more special. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the lavender sachets available in the lobby to bring back to the room, and the Lavender rooftop bar was another highlight, with excellent food. Unfortunately, the housekeeping experience was very disappointing. I stayed for five days and never received any housekeeping services, despite requesting it three separate times. After the second request, clean bed linens and towels were left in the room, but the room itself was otherwise not serviced. This was especially frustrating because the property had so many excellent qualities. With more reliable housekeeping, this would have been an outstanding stay from start to finish.
MoreSavannah is a beautiful town, came here for a weekend getaway. Loved the scenery, the cleanliness of the hotel & surrounding area, I extremely enjoyed how easy and simple it was to valet my car.
