What started as a passion for handmade rugs has grown into a full-service rug and carpet business — sales, cleaning, repair, restoration, appraisal, and carpet installation, all under one roof. We're not a drop-off counter. Every rug that comes through our Norfolk showroom is handled by people who know rug construction, dye types, and fiber content — knowledge passed down through the family, not learned from a manual.
