At Lakeside vision center, we offer our patients the unique opportunity to participate in clinical trials. We have advanced the science of ophthalmology and will continue to do so with the assistance of our patients by creating new treatments and procedures for both the current and future generations. Over the past 20 years, we have taken part in clinical trials, which has given our patients the opportunity to give back to the community and open the door to new treatment options. Our clinical trials are subject to stringent FDA regulations. Your eyes are under the complete, frequent, and personal monitoring of Dr. Duzman, therefore they are safe. Many of our patients have taken part in multiple clinical trials and thus have gained extensive knowledge on the behavior of their eyes in a variety of disease states.  We are now conducting clinical trials for macular degeneration, glaucoma, and dry eyes.
