Nice weekend visit. It was a rainy Saturday so a relaxing time at the Spa was exactly what we needed. Service was friendly, atmosphere peaceful.

Too expensive and discrimination towards men. Real brown noser. Offering incentives for internal reviews. Not a reasonable price for a SPA. Not LGBTQ friendly. Do not spend your money here. Support small and local. There is no dignity in this space. Check out Luxe!

Such a pleasant, relaxing environment! A gracious staff welcomes you to this little oasis in the heart of downtown Lancaster. It's quiet--no city sounds. My tech was very skilled and interested in making me comfortable with the right level of pressure, and wow, did she go to work on some trouble spots. Allow yourself some time to enjoy the gorgeous pool/hot tub area afterwards--you just might be the only one there!

This is a nice spa and has a good spa ambiance. The staff is very professional and friendly. I've been to spas at Marriotts around the country this spa is average compared to other spas. My massage was okay compared to others I've had. This spa does not accept Spa Finders. This was upsetting as Spa Finders advertises that Marriott spas take their card. I've never had this happen at any other Marriott.
