We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel itself is fantastic, the amenities are top-notch and the complimentary breakfast was great. However, it’s the staff that truly sets this place apart. After checking out, we realized we had accidentally left a suitcase behind. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled seamlessly by the team, especially Jack. He went completely above and beyond to coordinate shipping our bag back to us without a hitch. Exceptional customer service like that is rare to find. We are so grateful and will absolutely be back on our next trip to Bozeman!
MoreRoom was very clean and comfortable with nice decor. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Air conditioning worked well which was needed. Breakfast was not the best but was adequate. Small selection of snacks and drinks available at the front desk. Convenient location for what we needed. We will be back!

MoreAt the end of our vacation it was nice to have modern convenience. Huge rooms, frig, microwave, coffee maker, tons of USB ports for charging, huge TV with all streaming apps. Eight minute drive to downtown, fourteen to airport. Ample free parking, nice included breakfast. We didn't use the pool which was bigger than many hotels of this type, nor the modern exercise or laundry facilities - but they looked fine. The staff were very friendly and professional.
