With the right seats, this would have been really amazing. Unfortunately, it’s hard to understand the seating chart until you’ve been there. I waited too long to buy tickets, and ended up paying a lot of money for seats that weren’t actually in the dome. I tried looking online for advice when selecting seats, but ended up getting seats at the back on level 2. We were sitting in the bar area rather than in the dome, on bar stools, which was not what I was expecting. We could see about 70% of the screen, but people would often stand at the top of the stairs, blocking most of the screen, and people were constantly walking in front of us. I think level 2 is still the best option, but you can’t be at any of the small circle tables. I think the assumption is that if you buy tickets at a theater, you’ll actually be in the theater, rather than in the bar behind the theater, but that assumption is wrong. And for almost $200 for a family of 4, I don’t think any of the seats should be that bad.

Took a friend to COSM to watch the NBA playoffs for his bday. The concept is cool, but the pricing kills the experience. $660 for 2 seats and the food is expensive as well. My son is here visitng and I wanted to take him and my Grandson and it's showing $1120 for 3 seats. Going to COSM is like paying for a flight, no thanks. It's a cool place, but I won't be back unless they change the pricing to a reasonable cost.

Phillip was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that my 2 friend’s first visit was memorable. It was MLB Opening Night Game. We appreciate you.

Possibly the worst customer service in existence! If you have any questions or issues, there is no phone support, no live chat, and the only support is via unhelpful email.

Absolutely terribly run and managed business. Ridiculous waste of money for the seats and the food is terrible, not to mention the highest priced food I have ever seen at a venue. Actually higher than a decent steakhouse and the portions are tiny. $26 for an old fashioned. In any case, DO NOT waste your time or money getting the “Hall” tickets. Someone booked our seats in the hall and it is just an oversized TV with most of the screen covered in ads and commercials. Women’s basketball was taking up a huge portion of the game when every single person came to watch the Rose bowl. The manager said he couldn’t change it except one portion of the screen despite all of the people complaining. The room was ridiculously hot and one person got so hot they threw up. The “game” was literally just ESPN (on the screen and blanked out the commercials and halftime show) and not any custom access or filming. Trust me, you can go to a bar and see just the same experience on a large TV and 1/4 the price of food and drinks. Or, just stay home and watch ESPN in the comfort of your home and drink your own drinks. Terrible experience.
