Lemongrass Khmer Grill Burgers

Lemongrass Khmer Grill is home of the original Khmer Smash Burger—a crispy-edged smash patty infused with kreoung (Cambodian lemongrass paste), topped with cheddar, pickled papaya and carrots, jalapeños, cilantro, and lemongrass aioli on a toasted potato bun. Please note: We no longer offer takeout at Partake Collective in Downtown Long Beach. Our Khmer Smash Burgers are available exclusively at pop-ups. Follow us on Instagram @lemongrasskhmergrill for upcoming dates and locations.
